Developer seeks Koken
Seing costing to develop a plug-in "clean" comments for koken CMS (http://help.koken.me/customer/portal/topics/377728-plugins/articles) to be released under license free. By "clean" means not as the only plug-in available (disqus) which includes features cross advertising particularly unpleasant.
DO NOT take into account the indicative buget. At this point it is simply a cost estimate that I seek.
